We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for returns Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Since products are custom-sourced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we're unable to accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size selection unless the product itself is faulty.
How to request a return Contact us at kairosdunamis25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and confirm if the item qualifies for a return or refund.
Refunds Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping If a return is approved, we'll share instructions on where to send the item back. Return shipping costs are covered by us only when the product was defective or incorrect.
